1 . What is the philosophy behind your production?
We produce food. Our trade is controlled by our performance. Speed, simple, convincing solutions as well as top quality, are our characteristics. Environmentally friendly, goes without saying.
The central focus point of our operation is the satisfaction of our nutricionally conscious customers. We aim to fulfil their expectations by producing simply good meat and sausages.

. How do you measure the quality of your products?
We fore go, as a precautions and in the interest of our customers, the use of additives such as, phosphate, flavour enhancer and aromas.
3 . What makes your products unmistakable?
Our top quality products are made from freshly slaughtered meat, using only prime cuts, flavoured with natural seasonings, following traditional recipes and without any form of additives.

. What distinguishes your company as a producer of organic sausages?
Our profound experience in the production of organic meats and sausages.
5 . Do you follow any particular guidelines when producing your organic products?
We follow the Bioland Verbandes strict guidelines.
6 . Where do the ingredients for your organic products come from?
We have long term contracts with a number of organic producers and this enables us to guarantee the high quality of the meat we process.
7 . Which role does the name „Müller’s“ play in relationship to organic products?
The well known „Müller“ products are produced following traditional methods with natural seasoning. As a market leader in the tinned sausage sector, we feel we are committed, for the sake of our customers and the environmental cause, to offer our products in organic quality.

The advantage of organic quality in a tin with no loss or change of flavour.
9 . Does organic sausage have a different flavour to non-organic sausage?
The original non-organic sausage have a stronger flavour due to the addition of flavour enhancer.

. Why does quality and flavour play such an important role in organic products?
The quality and flavour should not only play an important role with organic products. However, one could say the consumers of organic products have consciously made the decision to buy and eat healthy products and why should they be prepared to accept products with less flavour!

We aim to fulfil the wishes and expectations of our customers and in doing so expand our assortment of convenience foods.
12 . How long have you been producing organic products?
We started producing organic products under our own label „Müller’s Hausmacher Wurst“ in 2004.
13 . Why do you offer your organic products in jars?
Products in jars fits in with our company identity: Sausage in jars and for the cold cut counter, is optically more attractive.
